Catering ERP

A NestJS/Prisma/MySQL API with a Next.js admin that runs the full loop for meal-subscription businesses: subscription → daily meal entry → kitchen prep summary → delivery note → invoice → payment.

Catering operators track recurring subscription customers, daily kitchen production, deliveries and money in and out across branches.

One pipeline from subscription to payment, with plan shifts, temporary changes and pause dates on subscriptions; daily meal entries feeding a kitchen preparation summary; delivery notes becoming invoices, payments and a customer ledger; plus multi-branch expense tracking and reporting.
